Position Overview: The Resident Programs Intern is responsible for supporting the work of the Director of Resident Programs. The Director of Resident Programs works to develop and implement programs and services that improve the quality of life of residents who live in Enfield Management apartment communities. This position is a paid internship.
Responsibilities:
Marketing: Marketing community programs and events to residents who live at Enfield managed properties. Ensuring that information is communicated effectively and accurately to residents and community partners.
Recruitment: Recruiting residents to be a part of on-site community programs. Developing diverse recruitment materials that meet the needs of residents.
Communications: Using communications software to maintain effective communication with residents. Maintaining communications system by setting and scheduling texts and emails. Developing and administering surveys to residents on a regular basis.
Program/ Event Implementation: Working with Enfield staff to implement programs and special events such as, financial wellness, nutrition, literacy, youth development, Back to School events and more. Researching program ideas.
Administrative: Assisting in various office projects that are designed to build competency in office protocol and procedures. Work with other office team members to learn about other aspects of working in the Real Estate Development/ Management field.
